Monthly

1. Payment is due on the first (1st.) day of each month.
2. Each payment will be for the current month of service. Example March 1st. payment is for the month of March.
3. Payments not received by the 28th of each month will result in an immediate loss of service until payment is received.
4. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for reconnecting interrupted services and will be included on the next monthly statement.

Yearly

1. Payment is due in full at the onset of a request for service.
2. The due date for renewal will be the first day of the month in which service began. Example-March 15th 2009 service began. Renewal payment due by March 1st 2010.
3. Notification for yearly renewal will be made two (2) months in advance.
4. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for reconnecting interrupted services and will be billed as a separate invoice due upon receipt.

Cancellation

1. A cancellation fee of $50 is due before any information will be released or transferred between carriers.
2. Cancellation can be made at any time by contacting PixelWave Media Group
3. Services will not be pro-rated for monthly service plan. Example-March 15th service cancellation received, no refund given for the March monthly service.
4. Services will be pro-rated for a yearly service plan based on the months remaining in the contract at the regular monthly rate of service for the web hosting plan selected. Example- Start of service is March 2009, cancel request made in July 2009, a refund of seven (7) months of service will be made based on your selected plan.
